The "Centre culturel de ressources francophone pour les communautés ethniques" (CEREFRAC) is a charity organization whose mission is

To assist french minorities of different culture, tradition and religion who have difficulties integrating in the society or keep up with the fast paced Canadian business world while preserving their cultural and linguistic heritage.

We also work at arousing the apprenticeship of reading by the creation of a multicultural library.

Advise, train and supervise the french immigrants population in order to make sure they have access to all necessary resources for their social and economical blooming in the Canadian society.
 
Encourage the spirit of democracy, tolerance, self-esteem, and solidarity as well as mutual respect and brotherhood.
 
Offer unique opportunities to acquire a good Canadian experience by the development of new abilities, aptitudes and competences in order to fight against unemployment, poverty and social exclusion .
 
Build mechanisms to further inter-ethnical socialisation.
 
Meet the need of the community in regards to culture, information, training and leisure by the creation of a multicultural library.
